It is hard to believe that we are now in the year 2009! It seems like just yesterday that we were announcing the new addition to the
family - our new digital equipment! Can you believe it has been almost 2 years this January? 2008 has been a year of change, a year of new
ventures and a year of challenges. With all that is happening in the
healthcare arena today, we feel very fortunate that we are still able to offer the service that we so deeply care about providing
to all of our patients.
As many of you know, we are still taking Medicare, and encourage our Medicare ladies to invite their friends to come in as well. Many of you are
aware that Medicare does not cover the "consultation meeting" with the physician during a screening mammogram, but they are
now allowing us to offer this service
for a very nominal fee. This was never allowed before. Many of our Medicare patients are now scheduling a consultation with the doctor when
they come in for their yearly exam. And, as a standard practice for Medicare as well, all patients will receive immediate results
at the time of their appointment!
We appreciate all of our patients and the support you have given us over this past year. We want you
to know that we are here for you when you need us and will continue
to be at the forefront of new technology, offering you unparalleled service in this period of struggling times.
